Burbank Paramedics were summoned to Victory Place and Empire Center after a reported motorcycle rider was down in traffic lanes with injuries.
All traffic southbound was stopped as Burbank Fire Paramedics treated and packaged up the lone rider. His injuries appeared to be moderate and not life threatening as he was talking to Burbank Police Traffic Officers as he was being wheeled away.
Traffic that was stopped southbound was allowed to proceed after measurements and witness statements were collected.
