Weekly Burbank Police Log: October 7 – October 12

With seemingly little rest, the Burbank police department was busy doing its job and along the way a few people were arrested on Monday, October 12.

They included Burbank resident and mechanic, Jonathan Cortez, who was taken into custody at McCambridge Park and the charge is battery. The time is 2:45 p.m.

Steven Frank Rivas, who lives in Los Angeles and works at a car wash, was nabbed at Providencia Ave. and San Fernando Blvd.

It happened at 7:45 p.m. and the charges are being in possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

San Diego resident and mover, Joseph Michael Jorge Jacoby, was taken into custody at 2200 Empire Ave. and the charge is possession of drug paraphernalia. It happened at 9:00 p.m.

Salesman David Hollis lives in North Hollywood and was apprehended at Valhalla Drive and Hollywood Way.

It occurred at 11:15 p.m. and the charges are being in possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Sunday, October 11, Burbank resident and dental assistant, Vanessa Zarate, was handcuffed at Vanowen Place and Vanowen St.

It happened at 1:30 a.m. and the charges are being in possession of heroin/cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Construction worker and Burbank resident, Efrain Hernandez, was apprehended at Vanowen Place and Vanowen St. The time is 1:30 a.m. and the charge is identity theft.

Steven Alcantara of Burbank also works in construction and was nabbed at 5:35 a.m. The charge is 23152 (A) and the location is the same.

Studio City resident David Michael Traut was arrested at 501 South Buena Vista St. and the time is 6:20 a.m. The charges are trespassing, 69 and battery.

Steven Vanda lives in Burbank and is a model. Vanda was cuffed at 401 South San Fernando Blvd. and it occurred at 11:07 a.m. The charge is disorderly conduct.

Edna Yareth Sheffey resides in Burbank and is employed as a cook. Sheffey was apprehended at 3:00 p.m. and the charge is spousal abuse.

Burbank resident Richard Wayne Shumate was arrested at Burbank Blvd. and Naomi St. It happened at 6:20 p.m. and the charge is disorderly conduct.

Jonathan Cortez lives in Burbank and is a mechanic. Cortez was taken into custody at Scott Road and Orchard Drive.

The time is 7:30 p.m. and the charges are possession of drug paraphernalia, 23152 (A) and 23109 (C).

Santa Maria resident Jake Shaw Ruben Thompson is a construction worker and was nabbed at 1601 North Victory Place.

The charges are being in possession of heroin/cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and 3455 (B) 1.

Timmi Patricia Krupa lives in Burbank and is a waitress. Krupa was arrested at Nordstrom Rack and the charges are being in possession of heroin/cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

On Saturday, October 10, Burbank resident Eliceo Rodriguez, who is employed as a cook, was taken into custody. It happened at 00:03 a.m. and the charge is domestic battery.

Charles Alexander Eckert lives in Los Angeles and was arrested at Rose St., south of Franklin Ave. The time is 2:33 a.m. and the charges are 4573 and 23152 (G).

Kyle Christopher Peren of Burbank is unemployed and was nabbed at 10:05 a.m. The location is 1235 North California St. and the charge is disorderly conduct.

Granada Hills resident Lincoln Douglas Jeanes was arrested at Sparks St. and Pacific Ave. The time is 12:00 p.m. and the charge is 487 (D) (1).

Jeffrey Charles Budrick lives in Burbank and is retired. Budrick was handcuffed at 1515 North Pass Ave. and it occurred at 5:50 p.m. The charge is assault with a deadly weapon [firearm].

Colby Aaron Suoy resides in Lexington, is an artist and was taken into custody at Olive Ave., east of San Fernando Blvd. The time is 7:53 p.m. and the charge is 21510 (B).

Siobhan Kathleen O’Connell resides in Burbank and was handcuffed at 1112 North Hollywood Way.

The time is 10:15 p.m. and the charges are being in possession of heroin/cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Photographer Travis Clark Weathers lives in Burbank and was arrested at the same time and the same site.

The charges are being in possession of a controlled substance, possession of heroin/cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and 484 E (D).

Burbank resident Joel Martin Saenz is a student. Saenz was nabbed at San Fernando Blvd. and Magnolia Blvd. and it happened at 11:46 p.m. The charges are 243 (A) and 148 (A) (1).

On Friday, October 9, Danielle Elizabeth Tilton, who lives in Burbank and is a student, was arrested at Alameda Ave. and Flower St. The time is 2:55 a.m. and the charges are 14601.1 (A) and 11357 (A) HS.

Oxnard resident and property manager, Lily Peaches Harpole was apprehended at 549 South San Fernando Blvd.

It occurred at 3:55 a.m. and the charges are possession of heroin/cocaine and possession of marijuana [less than one ounce].

Jesse David Graham of Hollywood is a bartender. Graham was cuffed at the same site, but the time is 3:50 a.m.

The charges are identity theft, 4573, 11375 (A) HS, being in possession of drug paraphernalia, 459.5 and 1203.2.

Burbank resident and warehouse worker, Michael Kevin Johnson was arrested at Olive Ave. and Lima St.
The time is 3:30 p.m. and the charges are 237 (A), disorderly conduct, 220 and 10852.

Handyman Christopher James Porter of Hollywood was taken into custody at Hollywood Way and Oak St. It occurred at 6:40 p.m. and the charge is possession of a controlled substance.

Locksmith Lincoln Douglas Jeanes of Granada Hills was arrested at Buena Vista St. and Victory Blvd. It happened at 11:00 p.m. and the charge is 466.

Pacoima driver Maria Del Carmen Morales was arrested at 11:45 p.m. and the charge is domestic battery.

On Thursday, October 8, Christopher Daniel Rumsey, a warehouse employee, was arrested at 479 West Alameda. It happened at 7:26 a.m. and the charge is 23152 (G).

Server Caitlyn Anne Martinez lives in North Hollywood. Martinez was arrested at the Burbank police department lobby at 2:46 p.m. The charge is grand theft.

Granada Hills resident Lincoln Douglas Jeanes is a paralegal. Jeanes was arrested at 1800 Empire Ave. after being in possession of burglary tools, and it occurred at 4:56 p.m.

Ramon Contreras is an artist who lives in Panorama City. Contreras was arrested at San Fernando Blvd. and Winona Ave. on an outstanding warrant and being in possession of an open container. The time is 7:25 p.m.

Omar DeJesus Franco of Van Nuys is a music artist. Franco was arrested at San Fernando Blvd. and Winona Ave. after being in possession of an open container and it happened at 7:45 p.m.

On Wednesday, October 7, Arsen Tonoyan, who lives in Azusa, was arrested after violating a court order at Cypress Ave. and Sixth St. It happened at 8:35 a.m. and the charge is 166 (C) (1).

Argin Gharapetian of Burbank works in air conditioning and was nabbed at 12:29 p.m. The charge is sexual battery.

Noor Kazol Chowdhury of Los Angeles is a driver and was apprehended at 20227 Saticoy St. The time is 6:20 p.m. The charge is grand theft.

Joshua Ernest Davis, a resident of Burbank and a massage therapist, was arrested for elder abuse. It happened at 7:30 p.m.

Alexander Skinner lives in Alameda, works in the assembly and was arrested at 9:15 p.m. The location is San Fernando Blvd. and Spazier Ave. The charge is vandalism.

With the aim to keep the peace and the city safe and sound, the Burbank police department was busy on Tuesday, October 6, making several arrests including Zachary Lee Koonce, who lives in North Hollywood and was apprehended at 4:00 a.m.

It occurred at Hollywood Way and Valhalla Drive and the charges are identity theft and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

North Hollywood resident and tile setter Eric David Shoemaker was nabbed at the same site and the same time.

The charges are being in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Nareh Shamirian lives in Burbank and is employed as a pharmacy technician. Shamirian was arrested at 2255 North Buena Vista St. and it happened at 9:30 a.m. The charge is identity theft.

Glendale truck driver Mkher Alverdian was apprehended at the same site and the same time.

The charges are 22610 (A), being in possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of heroin/cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and 466.

Brian Marcell Smith lives in Los Angeles and was nabbed at 1301 North Victory Place. It happened at 2:21 p.m. and the charges are having seven outstanding warrants and 484 (A).

Sylmar resident and construction worker Elio Jesus Portillo was taken into custody at 3:30 p.m.

It occurred at 142 East Olive Ave. and the charges are 484 E (D), possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and identity theft.

Derek Scott Gray lives in Burbank, is a personal trainer and was arrested at 7:30 p.m.  The charge is domestic battery.

Tujunga resident and driver Hrant Dzhandyan was nabbed at Glenoaks Blvd. and Andover Drive. The charges are 23152 (F) and resisting arrest and it occurred at 7:08 p.m.

Jose Cruz Gomez lives in Los Angeles and was arrested at 11:55 p.m. It happened at Burbank Blvd. and Victory Blvd. and the charge is disorderly conduct.

Los Angeles resident and driver Rigoberto Morales was cuffed at the Burbank Blvd. overpass. The time is the same and the charge is 23152 (A).

On Monday, October 5, bartender Serena Marie Walker of Simi Valley was arrested at Olive Ave. and Reese Place.

It occurred at 2:00 a.m. and the charges are possession of drug paraphernalia, 11375 (B) (2) HS, being under the influence of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

Masis Mehrabian lives in Glendale and was also nabbed at the same site and the same time. The charges are driving under the influence and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

West Hollywood resident Ismael Quintero was taken into custody at Spazier Ave. and San Fernando Blvd and the time is 1:00 p.m.

The charges are criminal threats, possession of drug paraphernalia, 3056 and assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.

Robert Dale Heck lives in Sun Valley and works in food delivery. Heck was apprehended at 7856 Satsuma Ave. and the time is 11:50 p.m. The charge is DUI.

On Sunday, October 4, Joseph Dagan of Agoura Hills was arrested at Empire Ave. and Valpreda St.

Dagan works in construction and was handcuffed at 4:00 a.m. and the charges are being in possession of heroin/cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Maria Elizabeth De La Torre works as a cashier and lives in Van Nuys. De La Torre was cuffed at the same site, but the time is 4:07 a.m. and the charges are the same.

Mechanic and Norwalk resident, Jesus Emmanuel Gutierrez, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. The site is Victory Blvd. and Burbank Blvd. The charges are possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leonel Nunez Gomez is a mover who lives in Burbank. Gomez was handcuffed at Olive Ave. and Lake St. and the charge is a no-bail parole warrant. The time is 7:10 p.m.

Sun Valley resident Patricia Fanell Rosen is employed as a secretary. Rosen was arrested at the Empire Center and the time is 10:00 p.m.

On Saturday, October 3, Alex Arbi Zaragarian, a truck driver from Burbank was arrested at 00:45 a.m.

The charges are assault with a deadly weapon [a firearm], criminal threats and domestic battery.

Fontana resident and warehouse employee Evan Roland Bynum was taken into custody at Magnolia Blvd. and Hollywood Way. The time is 2:00 a.m. and the charge is identity theft.

Emilio Gonzalez of Huntington Park is a construction worker who was nabbed at 7:44 a.m. It happened at Jeffries Ave. and Lima St. and the charges are possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Long Beach resident Jesus Reyes Gonzalez works in demolition and was apprehended at the same time and the charge is possession of a controlled substance.

Anthony Weisman resides in Burbank and is unemployed. Weisman was handcuffed at Magnolia Blvd. and Lima St.

It occurred at 1:25 p.m. and the charges are 3000.8 (C) and assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.

Burbank resident and jeweler Andranik Nayapetyan was taken into custody at 259 East Palm Ave. and the charge is 245 (A) (4).

On Friday, October 2, Maria Julia Soto, a caregiver from Van Nuys was arrested at 1:50 a.m.

Soto was handcuffed at Grismer Ave. and San Fernando Blvd. and the charges are being in possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of heroin/cocaine and driving with a suspended driver’s license.

North Hollywood painter Marco Antonio Davila Garay was nabbed at Heffron Drive and Maple St.

It occurred at 3:35 p.m. and the charges are being in possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, grand theft, 487 (A) and resisting arrest.

Roger Donald Kalbus, a commercial technician, resides in Menlo Park. Kalbus was apprehended at 1015 North San Fernando Blvd.

The time is 4:40 a.m. and the charges are 484 E (D), 11355 (A) HS, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

Alonzo Sandoval of Sylmar was handcuffed at Alameda Ave. and Flower St. Sandoval, who works in construction, was nabbed at 1:05 p.m.

The charges are identity theft, 484 (A), being in possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Jeremiah Ibraham is unemployed and lives in Los Angeles. Ibraham was apprehended at 1835 West Empire Ave. and the time is 8:40 a.m. The charges are resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and carjacking.

El Cajon resident Richard Abel Perez is a manager and was taken into custody at 2200 Empire Ave. and it occurred at 8:10 p.m.

The charges are being in possession of burglary tools, identity theft and possession of a controlled substance.

North Hollywood resident Bertha Maria Pletes works as a cleaning woman. Pletes was arrested at 10:50 p.m.

It happened at Burbank Blvd. and Edison Blvd. The charges are being in possession of heroin/cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mihran Mike Papazian lives in Van Nuys and works in bail bonds. Papazian was arrested at the same site and the same time.

On Wednesday, September 30, it included security worker Nelson DeLeon, who was apprehended at 00:30 a.m.

Mina A. Rezk lives in Inglewood and is a laborer. Rezk was arrested at 1515 Glenoaks Blvd. at 5:20 p.m. and the charge is 314.1.

Crystal Navarrete is a housekeeper who resides in Los Angeles and was apprehended at Burbank Blvd. and Victory Blvd.

On Monday, September 28, Ryan James Guevara, a resident of Canyon Country and a construction worker was arrested at San Fernando Blvd. and Tulare Ave.

It happened at 00:22 a.m. and the charges are being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of heroin/cocaine and being in possession of a controlled substance.

Burbank resident Danielle Victoria Butch works in sales and was nabbed at 2611 West Olive Ave.

It happened at 3:50 a.m. and the charges are being in possession of credit cards that didn’t belong to her, possession of burglary tools, narcotics and two warrants.

Earl Suyoung Lee lives in Los Angeles and is an embroiderer. Lee was taken into custody at 1800 Empire Ave. and the charges are being in possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. It happened at 8:40 a.m.

Antonio Patricio resides in North Hollywood and is a warehouse employee. Patricio was handcuffed at Victory Blvd. and Spazier Ave. at 9:15 p.m. The charge is 594.2 (A).

On Saturday, September 26, Robert Hakop Kaldjian, a resident of Glendale and supervisor, was arrested at the Glendale police department. It happened at 1:00 a.m. and the charges are identity theft and narcotics.

Van Nuys resident Joseph Paul Barragan Jr. works in security. Barragan was taken into custody at Glenoaks Blvd. and Eton Drive. The time is 00:05 a.m. and the charge is 23153 (B).

Lincoln Douglas Jeanes lives in Granada Hills and is a paralegal. Jeanes was arrested at 4:20 a.m.

It happened at 265 West Flower St. and the charges are being in possession of methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia and burglary tools.

On Friday, September 25, Romeo James Cockrell, who works in retail, was apprehended at 4123 West Olive Ave.

The time was 00:45 a.m. The charges are being in possession of access cards and fraud. Panorama City resident and property manager.

Justin Ezra Klause, was nabbed at 1:45 a.m. The charges are having two bank cards and 484 E (D). It occurred at Lake St. and Elmwood Ave.

Tony Javier Garcia lives in Los Angeles and works as a mechanic. Garcia was handcuffed at Buena Vista St., south of Burbank Blvd. on an outstanding warrant. It happened at 1:45 a.m.

North Hollywood resident Yvette Michelle Giron is a therapist. Giron was taken into custody at 2:40 a.m. and it occurred at Burbank Blvd. and Ontario St.

The charges are being in possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin/cocaine.

Karina Lizeth Cedillo was arrested at Buena Vista St. and Thornton Ave. The time is 3:00 a.m.

Mechanic Jose Salinas of Tujunga was also brought into custody at 11:30 p.m. at Lincoln St. and Floyd St. after driving with a suspended license.

On Wednesday, September 9, Mayeli Chavez of Canyon Country and a mechanic, was arrested at San Fernando Road and Verdugo Ave. at 3:30 a.m. The charges are 484 E (D) and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Downey resident and cook, Marcos Antonio Sosa, was handcuffed at 3:25 a.m. at the same site and the charges are 484 E (D) and 11364 (A) HS.

North Hollywood cleaning lady Maggie Panduru was taken into custody at the same location. The charges are 484 E (D), being in possession of a controlled substance and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jesse Adam Luper lives in Burbank and was arrested at 5:30 p.m. The charges are assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, being in possession of drug paraphernalia and 664/211.

On Tuesday, September 8, Sun Valley resident and plumber Geovany Muniz was taken into custody at 1638 North San Fernando Blvd.

The charges are being in possession of brass knuckles, suspicion of burglary and driving under the influence. It happened at 00:45 a.m.

North Hollywood resident and carpenter Ryley Mo Vaughn Timmons was nabbed at San Fernando Blvd. and Lincoln St. The charge was being in possession of illegal drugs and the time was 7:00 p.m.

Unemployed Burbank resident Sandy Rivera was arrested at 275 South Third St. for being drunk in public. It occurred at 8:20 p.m.

Los Angeles warehouse employee, Dillon Morse, was handcuffed at Olive Ave. and Victory Blvd. at 4:55 p.m. on warrants and being in possession of a controlled substance.

Edgar Harutyunyan, who lives in Burbank, was picked up at 2900 North San Fernando Blvd. at 9:10 p.m. on the charge of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.

John Cameron Stevenson, who lives in Tujunga and works in sales, was arrested on DUI at 1541 North Victory Place. The time of the arrest was 4:45 a.m.

Antonio Vasquez, who resides in Los Angeles and works in the fire crew, was cuffed at 7:49 a.m. Vasquez was nabbed on the 5 onramp, south of Alameda Ave. on a charge of 466.

Eric Francisco Solarzano, a sales manager from Bell Gardens, was taken into custody on the 5 onramp, south of Alameda, at 7:49 a.m.

On Thursday, August 27, North Hollywood health care worker, Leo Marcus was arrested at the Travelodge at 1:30 a.m.

The charges were possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin/cocaine and a warrant.

Los Angeles resident and chef, Erica Joy Ashley Charles, was taken into custody at 1:30 a.m. on an outstanding warrant, suspected of being on Ecstacy, possession of a controlled substance and 146.01 (A).

Michael Patrick Smallcomb of North Hollywood, a tattoo artist, was picked up on several drug charges and theft of access cards. The time was 1:30 a.m.

Antonio Salvador Basulto, a dishwasher from Los Angeles, was arrested at CVS at 2:25 a.m. at 1015 North San Fernando Blvd. on petty theft.

Juan DeRios Ruiz of Los Angeles and a handyman, was arrested after being found with illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia at Magnolia Blvd. and Lake St. The time was 8:45 p.m.

On Wednesday, August 26, Michael Ardilla, a mechanic from Los Angeles, was arrested at 00:17 a.m. for being under the influence of alcohol and drugs at Front St. and Burbank Blvd.

Burbank resident and carpenter Michael Dennis Callahan Jr., was nabbed at 9:00 am at Western Ave. and Victory Blvd. The charges were possession of a controlled substance and 30305 (A) (1).

Christopher Gist, who resides in Los Angeles and is an independent contractor, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. at Lowe’s.

Michael Lee Brown, a Burbank transient, was arrested at First St. and Orange Grove Ave. at 7:50 p.m. on a no-bail violation warrant.

Truck driver Chauncey Robinson of North Hollywood, was picked up at 935 North Hollywood Way on petty theft at 8:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, August 25, Alisha Nashy Gilbert, who works in customer service and resides in West Park, was handcuffed after assaulting her boyfriend at 12:00 p.m.

On Monday, August 24, Burbank resident Sameera Menuka Sagathadasa Sellahennadige, who works at Instacart, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. The charges were 484 e (d), identity theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Laura Gomez of Los Angeles was nabbed at 1011 North San Fernando Blvd. at 2:40 a.m. on an outstanding warrant and burglary.

Los Angeles resident and stocker, Devin Arthur Dickey, was placed in custody at 4:45 a.m. at Sixth St. and Groton Drive. The charges were 4573, 4463 (A), drug paraphernalia and heroin.

Also nabbed at 811 South San Fernando Blvd. at 2:11 a.m. was Van Nuys sentry officer Joseph Anthony Williams on possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and 530.5 (C) (1).

Encino resident Jordan Lovis Davis, a caregiver, was handcuffed at 1100 North Hollywood Way at 4:20 a.m. on charges of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Bus owner Muhwanga Moonga, from Bakersville, was taken into custody at 5:10 a.m. on Olive Ave. and Toluca Lake Ave. on alcohol intoxication.

Burbank resident and machinist, Jose Raul Maldonado, was arrested at Tujunga Ave. and Glenoaks Blvd. on a charge of driving under the influence at 8:02 a.m.

Cary Dwain Mitchell, a panhandler from Burbank, was placed in cuffs at 2500 West Burbank Blvd. for alcohol intoxication at 4:30 p.m.

On Saturday, August 22, Jose Fraire, a laborer who resides in Burbank, was arrested at 360 West Alameda Ave. at 00:49 a.m. for three outstanding warrants.

Burbank resident Hamlet Zargaryan, a general contractor, was placed in cuffs for domestic violence at 1:46 a.m.

Burbank resident and security guard, David Wayne Correll, was taken into custody at 1651 North Victory Place (TJ Maxx) on narcotics violations at 9:45 p.m.

On Friday, August 21, Burbank resident and mechanic, Robert Hecimovic, was arrested at Cypress Ave. and Kenneth Road after violating a restraining order and 166 (A) (4) at 5:00 p.m.

At 10:10 p.m., construction worker Luis Vincent Juarda of Sun Valley was arrested at Olive Ave. and Victory Blvd. on a charge of being in possession of a controlled substance for sale.

Sun Valley resident and salesman, Sedrak Saakovich Voskanyan, was slapped with cuffs on narcotics violations at 6:10 p.m. at 1520 Victory Blvd. on Thursday, August 20. Voskanyan was on parole.

Keven Lee Deckervarela, a barber from Santa Maria, was taken into custody at 7:00 p.m. at 1051 West Burbank Blvd. on narcotics possession.

Electrician Daniel Mark Loyal resides in Sun Valley and was arrested at 1051 West Burbank Blvd. on possession of narcotics at 7:00 p.m.

Burbank resident Jonathan Ryan Selleck was nabbed at 101 South First St. on a charge of 273.6 at 7:45 p.m.

On Wednesday, August 19, at 8:35 a.m., Storm Scully, a resident of North Hollywood and an editor, was handcuffed at 6240 Sylmar Ave. after being found to be under the influence of narcotics and being in possession of narcotics for sale.

At 10:45 a.m., Burbank fast-food worker, Simon Christopher Lopez, was arrested for vandalism and battery at 207 North Victory Blvd.

Gabriel Esparza, a cook who resides in Burbank, was taken into custody at 9:45 p.m. on elder or dependent adult abuse/endangerment.

George Christopher Morales, a resident of San Fernando, was arrested at San Fernando Road and Grismer Ave. on a DUI charge at 11:15 p.m.

Lester Alfredo Pinales Carrillo of Los Angeles and a construction worker, was arrested at 1:00 a.m. at Parkside Ave. and Reese Place on an outstanding warrant, drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and 14601.1 (a).

Arman Grigoryan of Glendale, who works in transportation, was arrested at Angeleno Ave. and San Fernando Blvd. on possession of hydrocodone at 5:00 a.m.

At 7:10 a.m., Devon Edward Ferguson of Burbank and is unemployed, was arrested at 1921 North Glenoaks Blvd. on a warrant.

Ethan Dewayne Wilson Jr., a resident of Los Angeles, was placed in handcuffs at 11:00 a.m. on a charge of 487 (c) at 200 North Third St.

George Aguirre, who lives in Burbank and is employed in construction, was nabbed at 5:40 p.m. at 453 Irving Drive on assault.

La Crescenta resident and food server, Brent Edward Chew, was placed in custody at 7:45 p.m. at 2100 Empire Ave. after having methamphetamines in his backpack.

Loretta Lynn Lohe, a resident of Burbank, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. after abusing 911, which she called multiple times.

Justin Travis Furlong of Saugus and a pizza maker, was handcuffed at 7:45 p.m. at Home Depot on an outstanding warrant and narcotics.

San Fernando resident Javier Padilla had narcotics on his possession and was arrested at Landis St. and Keeler St. at 8:17 p.m.

At 9:45 p.m., David Mizrichi, a salesman from Hollywood, was arrested for theft and narcotics at Walmart.

On Monday, August 17, Erick Sabbs, a resident of Los Angeles, was arrested at Third St. and Palm Ave. at 6:35 a.m. after starting a fire in a planter and having a warrant.

Jessica Vargas, a Burbank resident and manager, was placed in cuffs on domestic battery and vandalism at 5:30 p.m. when she threw a glass bottle at a vehicle that amounted to $400 worth of damage.

Burbank resident and construction worker, Máximo De Los Santos, was taken into custody at 5:30 p.m. on misdemeanor domestic violence.

Construction worker Drew Simmons, who lives in Burbank, was placed in handcuffs at 9:40 p.m. on a charge of 243 (A) at Olive Ave. and Verdugo Ave.

Lorena Ponce, a Canoga Park resident and housekeeper, was arrested after she seemed to be under the influence at Alameda Ave. and Hollywood Way at 11:20 p.m.

Working day and night, the Burbank police department was busy on Sunday, August 16.

Lathan Echols, a rapper AKA “Lil Mosey”  from Los Angeles, was arrested at 1:00 a.m. when, during a traffic stop at Buena Vista St. and Clark Ave., a loaded handgun was found on a juvenile and two loaded handguns were also found. Additionally, multiple credit cards were discovered in a backpack.

Sheldon Jacques, a security guard from Opa Locka, was in the same stopped vehicle and arrested.

Burbank resident Juan Carlos Figueroa, who is wanted in Colorado, was placed in handcuffs at Magnolia Blvd. and First St. at 3:40 a.m., after it was discovered that he was in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Burbank transient Kenneth Pomponio was detained and arrested at 10:20 a.m. for stealing from Subway sandwich shop.

Jose Maria Trujillo, a supervisor from Canyon Country, was placed in handcuffs at 8:47 a.m. at Brighton St. and Pacific Ave. on an outstanding warrant and being in possession of a firearm on Saturday, August 15.

Teresa Ayala is from Burbank, a caregiver and was nabbed at 1:00 p.m. after trying to cut a man with a knife at 510 South Lake St.

Los Angeles resident Stephen Edward Miller, who works in production, was arrested for outstanding warrants.

Evelyn Jareth Serratos, unemployed and a Van Nuys resident, was arrested for domestic battery at 4:20 p.m.

Crystal Lee Fish, an insurance agent from Highland Park, was taken into custody at 1701 North Victory Blvd. at 8:00 p.m. for illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Sergio Gallegos of Los Angeles, a forklift operator, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. for drug paraphernalia and illegal drugs at 1701 North Victory Blvd.

On Friday, August 14, Denise Zavala, a musician from Sylmar, was placed in handcuffs at Magnolia Blvd. and Victory Blvd. at 2:25 a.m. after driving under the influence.

Oceanside resident Laura Elena Lazo, a property manager, was arrested at 3:00 a.m. on felony domestic violence.

Michael Sangkil Kim, an electrician who lives in Burbank, was taken into custody at 12:35 p.m. at the location of Kenneth Road and Providencia Ave. after texting his ex-wife threatening statements and sending threatening statements over the phone.

Bellflower sales representative, Nicole Louise Chambers, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. in the jail lobby on grand theft.

Gerardo Gilbert Lechuga of San Fernando and a school employee, was placed in handcuffs at 6:20 p.m. at Buena Vista St. and Empire Ave. after being in possession of heroin/cocaine and 472.

North Hollywood security guard Christopher Tourtillott was nabbed at 9:20 p.m. at Riverside Drive and Parish Place on a narcotics violation.

Hector Adrian Vargas, a North Hollywood security guard, was handcuffed at 9:20 p.m. on a narcotics violation at Riverside Drive and Parish Place.

Line cook and North Hollywood resident Anselmo Hernandez was arrested at 11:35 p.m. at Magnolia Blvd. and Hollywood Way on a DUI charge.

On Thursday, August 13, Shauntice Raya Margie Tix Williams, who is employed in in-home service and lives in Los Angeles, was arrested at El Pollo Loco at 10:40 a.m. after it was discovered that she had drug paraphernalia and identity theft in her possession.

Burbank resident Federico Paolo Fagiani, who is retired, was placed in handcuffs at 10:50 a.m. after violating a restraining order by his wife.

Janitor Isabel Camacho Diaz of Burbank was arrested at Costco at 3:30 p.m. after stealing health care items.

Amanda Rodriguez, who works in medical billing and is from Mira Loma, was arrested at Staples [Empire Center] at 8:10 p.m. on identity theft. Rodriguez admitted to having illegal narcotics in her possession.

Kurtis Ray Bealer, a laborer from Fontana, was also arrested at Staples in the Empire Center at 8:10 p.m. on identity theft and being in possession of illegal narcotics.

Los Angeles resident Peter Leon Johansen, a construction worker, was nabbed for fighting at 150 North First St. at 9:30 p.m.

Glendale resident Jesse Almaguer Luna, who works in air conditioning, was placed in handcuffs at 9:45 p.m. on drug violations and having LAPD warrants at Victory Blvd. and Alameda Ave.

On Wednesday, August 12, Joel Saenz, a busboy from North Hollywood, was slapped with handcuffs at 240 East Palm Ave. at 2:05 a.m. after loitering with intent to commit a crime.

NAME REDACTED, who is employed in television production and resides in Burbank, was arrested for assaulting her boyfriend during an argument at 2:20 a.m.

Van Nuys resident Joseph Christopher Cox, who works in insurance, was arrested at Naomi St. and Jeffries Ave. at 9:30 p.m. on a $35,000 warrant out of LASO.

Eric Anthony Agarerdyan, who resides in Burbank and works in dog food manufacture, was arrested on 166 (a) (4) at 9:45 p.m. His mother has a restraining order against her son.

Salesman Jonathan Meskin of Rancho Palos Verdes was detained and arrested at 6:10 p.m. at Glenoaks Blvd. and Keystone St. on 245 (a) (4).

On Tuesday, August 11, Loretta Lynn Lohe, a Burbank resident, was arrested at 501 South Buena Vista St. at 00:40 a.m. after abusing 911. Lohe abused the system by calling 911, 30 times or more.

Alexander Verl Harward, a chef who lives in Glendale, was taken into custody at Springhill Suites on a charge of heroin/cocaine and drug paraphernalia at 03:55 a.m.

Vazgen Bedrosian of Burbank, an Uber driver, was arrested at 1047 East Spazier Ave. at 1:50 p.m. on a charge of mayhem.

Burbank resident Kimberly Anne Crayne, a caregiver, was taken into custody at 3:45 p.m. for domestic violence.

San Bernardino transient Jeff Allan Grammatico was placed in handcuffs after vandalizing Verdugo Front property at MetroLink station at 8:15 p.m.
