Besides the usual closers that occur during the I-5 Freeway widening to accommodate car pools lanes, the first of the construction to an a new off ramp near the Empire Center is starting. Caltrans crews are beginning to move pipes near the train tracks so the tracks can be raised over Buena Vista.
Where: On Victory Pl./San Fernando Blvd. between the City of Burbank Animal Shelter and North California St.

- Time – 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Closure: For the safety of motorists and construction crews, this work requires the closure of one lane of northbound Victory Pl./San Fernando Blvd. The lane adjacent to the railroad tracks will be CLOSED. At least one northbound lane will remain OPEN at all times.
Business Access: Motorists will have access to local businesses at all times.
