Results for Burbank’s Primary Election are now official, as are the numbers – and they are not what the City envisioned when they went to an all-mail ballot. Out of nearly 11,000 votes cast two years ago, there was just over 8,000 cast this year, with just 14.3% of the 56,499 voters taking the time to turn in their ballot.
