The winds returned to Burbank on Sunday and South Beachwood was once again a bad place to park your car. It was just land Monday that a tree fell on a car, trapping a woman and Sunday, two more branches let go, hitting two more cars. This time no one was injured, although both cars were damaged. Burbank Police Officers Marsha Laufer and Tim Murphy were both at the scene to take a report and talk to residents. There was also a report of a power outage in the area of Verdugo and Victory earlier in the day that had nothing to do with the downed trees.
