Honorary Mayor Tim Conway Jr. broadcasted his show live from the UMe Parking lot from 5 to 9 pm along with the staff of myBurbank, who gave out some great prizes.

The birthday of the 26th President of the United States, Teddy Roosevelt, was celebrated at the local Burbank elementary school named in his honor. Burroughs High School marching band and cheerleaders were on hand, along with the Mayor of Burbank, to kick off the observance and party.

More than 200 teddy bears were donated to the Burbank Fire Department by the students and staff of Roosevelt Elementary School in honor of their school's and namesake's birthdays.
