Since Measure I did not pass, the Burbank Unified School District must cut $3.8 million for the 2020-21 school year to balance the budget and one of the proposed cuts includes the elimination of the Stage Craft Technology program at Burbank and Burroughs High Schools. Parents, students and stakeholders are rallying support for the beloved, and as many see it, vital, program.
