Burbank police were approached by a citizen who reported that there was a man in the 300 Block of North San Fernando Blvd. who was trying to sell electronics from a briefcase.
Police then found Johnny Lee (35) of Burbank in the immediate area and conducted an investigation.
Their investigation revealed that Lee was in possession of a stolen “demo” tablet from a Best Buy store located in Alabama. In addition, he had numerous other electronics and clothing that were suspected of being stolen.
Lee was arrested for possession of stolen property and booked at the Burbank Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 28, 2014. His bail has been set for $20,000.00.
